Stunt Rat Shockwave Game  -  303 KB, For web browsers that support Shockwave  -  The stunt rat must climb to the top of a building without falling through a window. Shockwave must be downloaded from Macromedia (it's free) if it is not already installed.

Rat Paws Screen Saver  -  88 KB, For Windows 95/98  -  Black rat paw prints eventually cover the entire screen.

Mice Screen Saver  -  237 KB, For Windows 95/98  -  Many non-animated mice cross the screen from side to side.

Rat Screen Saver  -  727 KB, For Windows 95/98  -  A rat screen saver with many good rats and at least one mischievous rats. Note that it takes a while to return control of the computer to the user after the mouse is moved because there is a "shocking" show as the screen saver ends.

The Unzip Wizard  -  847 KB, For Windows 95/98  -  A shareware program for decompressing the files found on this page.  This is by far the easiest program for unzipping files IF YOU KNOW ALMOST NOTHING ABOUT MANAGING FILES that The Crafty Rat has ever found.  If you already have WinZip, StuffIt Expander, PKZip, Zip Magic, or another unzipper; you don't need this program. However, if you are new to zipped files, this program will guide you through the unzipping process step by step. To start the program's installation process, double-click on the downloaded file. Open the installed program from the "Programs" menu off the "Start" button. This program is shareware. If you find yourself using it often, or for over a month, you should register it for $16.95 USD. Note that this program does not zip files, it only unzips.

Ken Ward's Zipper  -  462 KB, For Windows 95/98  -  A free program for decompressing the files found on this page that is about half the size of The Unzip Wizard.  If you already have WinZip, StuffIt Expander, PKZip, Zip Magic, or another unzipper; you don't need this program.  To start the program's installation process, double-click on the downloaded file. Open the installed program from the "Programs" menu off the "Start" button. This program zips and unzips files.
