Value Packs, Multipaks and Combo Packs
Are designed to save you money in two ways:
#1 - The cost of the item in bulk is cheaper per a pound
#2 - The over all shipping cost is reduced substantially and can save you
up to half the cost of standard shipping methods depending on your location.
About Flat Rate Priority Shipping, Checkout and Shipping charges:
Value Pack, Multipak and Combo Pack products are packaged in zip-locked bags
and shipped in Priority Flat Rate boxes. They are designed to fill the entire
shipping box with rodent blocks/mix with no extra room for other items to fit in
the same shipping box. (Except when shipping single 5lb bags and the smaller
Combo Packs, there is some room for a few small items).
Flat Rate Packs are really meant to be ordered just by themselves with no other
items. If ordering other items please order food items from the "Food Section"
and you will see only one shipping charge at checkout for your total order.
At Checkout:
you will see a flat rate shipping charge for each Flat Rate
pack that maybe ordered.
If you also ordered other items from other sections on the website that shipped with
another shipping choice you would then see two separate shipping charges on the
final total when you complete the checkout process. One for each Flat Rate item
and one for the other items that ship by another shipping choice.

Flat Rate items are shipped in a separate box from other items that ship with another
shipping choice and some over sized items do not fit in any of the Flat Rate shipping
boxes and require another shipping choice and are usually shipped by Parcel Post or UPS.
Please disregard the message that says: unable to calculate shipping cost
No valid shipping methods are available for your order. You will be contacted
regarding shipping when your order is processed.
You still have to click on the shipping button and you will see a $0.00 shipping
charge come up in the box. But the Flat Rate Priority shipping charges will
automatically be added in at end of checkout.
Please choose a payment choice before proceeding to the next page in checkout or
you will see a error message on the next page. If this happens go back to the last
page and choose a payment choice and then proceed through the checkout process.
Important note about shipping adjustment on all orders:
I do check every order over to see if I can fit the total order in any of the four sizes of
Flat Rate shipping boxes in order to save on the shipping cost. If I am able to fit the total
order in a Flat Rate Shipping box I will ship the order that way and refund the savings
back to the customer's account. This way my customers get the best shipping rate.
Please note:
Flat Rate shipping rates quoted apply only to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
(Sorry no international overseas orders at this time).
I do ship to Canada: Flat Rate only and accept Paypal for those special orders.
The cost of Flat Rate shipping is higher and has a 20lb maximum weight limit,
(I can not ship the 20lb Multipak as it exceeds the weight limit).
Canadian customers: please email me to place a special order for Flat Rate items.
The new 2013 shipping cost to Canada for Flat Rate Priority shipping is the following:
Large Flat Rate box for $53.95
Medium Flat Rate Box for $40.95
Small Flat Rate Box for $19.95
plus the cost of the items ordered. I also can ship some of the Combo Packs that weigh under 20lbs,
(the maximum weight allowance).
